Eeeeeeekkkkk! The month of February is flying by and with the horrible weather we have endured this month, I must say I will be happy to say good riddance. However, before that can happen I need to share my January Posterjack photo with you.
You may remember that I am starting a year-long partnership with Posterjack on creating a monthly photo journal of my favourite photos for the next 12 months called #12PrintsProject…..you can read the original post here.
The beginning of this year has seemed to fly by and I couldn’t decide what print format I wanted my 1st photo to be — there are so many choices at Posterjack. From Glossy paper to canvas print to acrylic print to photoboards……I couldn’t decide! But finally I chose to go with Canvas — the tried & true for me. I have a lot of canvas art in my house and I like the simplicity of it, without glass or a frame, on the wall.
Just to give you some background on the photo I chose……On January 10th, my oldest daughter Mackenzie celebrated her Confirmation and I had a little party for her afterwards. My husband was taking a bunch of photos of me with Mackenzie and my youngest daughter Mya in our family room. We were just being silly and hugging and laughing.
I chose this picture because it expresses the utter joy I feel to be the mother of these 2 beautiful little girls. <3
I was so excited to open my package from Posterjack late last week and see how this image turned out in Canvas…..and wow….was I ever impressed with the quality! Here it is leaning against the wall in my black & white striped office — it looks gorgeous and I couldn’t part with it just yet so it will stay in my office for a while longer!!
Next month when I showcase my February picture I will have both photos hung up on my #12PrintsProject wall in my home.
Glamorously yours xoxo
